洁维乐加自制口咽合剂治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察洁维乐加自制口咽合剂在放射性口腔黏膜炎中的治疗效果。方法:将放射性口腔炎患者随机分为实验组33例和对照组32例,实验组采用自制口咽合剂+洁维乐进食前、睡前含漱,对照组采用自制口咽合剂进食前、睡前含漱,观察两组放射性口腔黏膜炎的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗比较,实验组总效率100%;对照组总效率90.63%。结论:洁维乐+口咽合剂治疗放射性口腔炎黏膜效果明显。Objective：To observe phospalgel plus self-made oropharyngeal mixture in the treatment of radiation-induced oral mucositis effect. Methods：Radioactive stomatitis were randomly divided into experimental group 33 cases and control group 32 cases, the experimental group used self-made oropharyngeal mixture＋phospalgel before eating, before going to bed to gargle, control group used self-made oropharyngeal mixture before eating, bedtime gargle, observe two groups of radiation-induced oral mucositis therapeutic effect. Results：Between the two groups, the experimental group the total efficiency of 100%;control group, the total efficiency of 90.63%. Conclusion：Phospalgel＋oropharyngeal mixture in treating radiation stomatitis mucosa obvious effect.
