院外PICC维护的现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:了解经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管后带管院外维护和家庭护理的基本情况,探讨院外维护的新方法。方法:以乳腺科PICC携带患者作为研究对象,发放自制院外PICC维护调查表60份,总结维护重点为院外门诊换药室,护理要点包括:并发症的预防和处理,心理干预,感染预防等。结果:93.3%的患者能保持插管处清洁无污染,83.3%的人能坚持每周去门诊换药一次,18.3%的患者出现相应并发症或不适反应。结论:加强对PICC带管患者院外护理和健康教育,努力提高肿瘤患者的生存质量。Objective：To investigate the peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） the basic situation after maintenance with management, basic situation and family care, to provide basis for clinical nursing, more targeted health education, new progress of hospital maintenance. Methods：With the Department of breast PICC carrying patients as the research object, the self-made out-of-hospital PICC maintenance questionnaire 60, summary maintenance key hospital outpatient dressing room, the key points of nursing included：prevention and treatment of complications, psychological intervention, prevention of infection. Results：The survey found that 93.3%of patients could, keep intubation clean, 83.3%people could, adhere to the weekly outpatient dressing, 18.3%of patients had complications or discomfort. Conclusion：Strengthening belt tube patients out of hospital care and health education on PICC, to improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
