腹腔镜微创与常规肝部分切除术治疗肝胆管结石疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:比较腹腔镜微创与常规肝部分切除术对于治疗肝胆结石的效果差异。方法:肝胆管结石患者共40例,将患者随机分为腹腔镜微创手术组组和常规肝部分切除术治疗组,每组20例患者。比较手术后临床效果,患者术中指标、术后恢复等指标差异。结果:与常规开服部分肝切除术比较,腹腔镜手术时间明显短于开腹手术(P<0.05),出血量低于常规开腹手术(P<0.01),常规组中有4例患者术中需要输血,微创组没有输血病例,患者术后的胃肠蠕动时间,下床活动时间明显低于常规开腹组(P<0.01),术后并发症比较,微创组患者并发症患者明显少于常规组(P<0.01)。结论:腹腔镜微创手术与开腹部分肝切除术均能有效治疗肝胆结石,腹腔镜微创手术创伤更小,恢复快,并发症少。Objective：To compare the different effects of laparoscopic minimally invasive and conventional partial hepatectomy for the treatment of liver gallstones. Methods：40 cases of Gastroenterology of patients with bile duct stones, the patients were randomly divided into group of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery group and conventional liver partial resection of the treatment group, each group of 20 patients. Compare clinical effects after surgery, in patients undergoing indicators, postoperative recovery indicators differences. Results：Compared with conventional open service partial liver resection compared with laparoscopic surgery was significantly shorter than open surgery （P〈0.05）, the amount of bleeding was lower than conventional open surgery （P〈0.01）, 4 cases of patients in the conventional group need a blood transfusion in the minimally invasive group, no blood transfusion cases, the stomach and intestines of the postoperative time, ambulation time was significantly lower than conventional open surgery group（P〈0.01）, postoperative complications, minimally invasive group, patients with complications in patients significantly less than the conventional group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery versus open partial hepatectomy can be effective in treating liver gallstones, laparoscopic the smaller in minimally invasive surgery, trauma, quicker recovery, fewer complications.
