摘　　要：主要介绍公立医院社会责任的内涵、公立医院社会责任的具体内容、公立医院履行其社会责任过程中存在的问题、原因及国内外社会绩效评价的研究,以了解当前公立医院社会绩效评价状况。旨在为探索出一套适合国情的医院社会绩效评价体系起借鉴作用。This paper mainly introduces the meaning of public hospital social performance, the specific content of public hospital social responsibility, problems and the reason existing in the process of fulfill the social responsibility, as well as the study of social performance evaluation domestic and abroad, so as to make clear of the current public hospital social performance evaluation. Through which we can learn how to establish a set of public hospital social performance evaluation system that suit for China＇s national conditions.
