摘 要:目的了解解脲脲原体(Uu)及人型支原体(Mh)在健康成年女性泌尿道中的定植情况,并揭示携带情况下Uu的分群分型状况。方法留取清洁前段尿,离心取尿沉渣。首先采用支原体液体培养基进行初步筛查,再对培养阳性者进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)进一步确证,并对Uu阳性标本进行分群分型。结果 800份标本中共检出Uu 146例(18.25%),Mh 21例(2.63%)。青年组Uu阳性率为24.40%(61/250),中年组为21.60%(54/250),老年组为10.33%(31/300)。3组均以生物一群为主。青年组和中年组以6型为主,老年组以1型为主。青年组、中年组、老年组Mh检出率分别为3.20%(8/250)、4.00%(10/250)、1.00%(3/300)。结论 Uu尤其是生物一群可能为健康成年女性泌尿道中的正常定植的菌群,1型和6型为青岛地区健康成年女性优势血清型。Mh在健康成年女性中携带率较低。Objective To investigate the detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)in urinary tract in healthy women and the biovars and serotypes of Uu.Methods The forepart urine samples were collected from 800healthy women Qingdao Municipal Hospital for physical examination between April 1st 2012and May 15th 2012,all samples were cultured by Uu and Mh selective liquid mediums separately.The Uu and Mh positive cases were then amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The biovars and serotypes of Uu were also detected by PCR.Results Among the youth,61(22.40%)cases were Uu positive:41cases were Parvum biovar and 20were urealytieum biovars;8(3.20%)cases were Mh positive by PCR.Among the middle aged women,54(21.60%)cases were Uu positive:36cases were Parvum biovar and 19cases were urealytieum biovars;10(4.00%)cases were Mh positive by PCR.Among the old women,31(10.33%)cases were Uu positive:17cases were Parvum biovar and 14 cases were urealytieum biovars,three cases(1.00%)were Mh positive by PCR.Conclusions Uu are commensal in urinary tract in healthy women.The Parvum biovar is the predominant biovar in all groups.It presumes that Uu,and especially the Parvum biovar is possibly carried by normal population.The serotype 1and serotype 6are predominant serotypes of healthy women.The detection of Mh is very low in healthy women.
