金利油的镇痛消炎和抗前列腺增生作用

摘　　要：金利油0.075～0.3ml/10g 灌胃对小白鼠热板法和扭体法以及电刺激法有明显的镇痛作用,0.255～0.3ml/10g 的疗效与0.6%颅通定(0.2ml/10g)相近。对致炎剂诱发的急性、亚急性、肉芽增生性以及免疫性炎症模型,金利油也有显著的抑制作用。金利油0.1和0.2ml/10g 连续灌胃30d,对反复皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮诱发的雄性小鼠前列腺增生的抑制率分别为27.92%和40.31%.限度实验表明,金利油灌胃对小鼠无明显的急性毒性.Jinliyou(JLY)is a nostrum containing 10 Chinese medicinal herbs(Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum,Gentiana Macrophylla,Ephydra,Glycyrrhiza,et al),which was offered by Mr.Hong Zhongyi.It's useful in the treatment of rheumarthritis,asthma,and benign prostatic disease.This paper reports the analgesic,anti-inflammatory actions and the inhibition of benign prostatic hyperstrophy by ig JLY in mice and rats.The analgesic effects of JLY were assessed by using three tests(hot plate, writhing and electrical caudal stimulation).The anti-inflammatory actions of JLY were shown by in- hibiting the edema of hind paws induced by carrageenan in mice,by formaline and Freunds' complete adjuvant in rats.The results showed that the analgesic effect of 0.3ml/10g JLY was stronger than that of 0.6% rotundine 0.2ml/10g,the anti-inflammatory action of JLY 0.21ml/10g in mice was equiva- lent to that of hydrocortisone 25mg/kg.In experimental prostatic hypertrophy induced by sc testosterone in mice,the inhibition rates of JLY 0.1ml/10g and 0.2ml/10g were 27.92%(P<0.01)and 40.34%(P<0.001),respectively.Both of them were stronger than that of eviprostat 0.8mg/10g (12.68%,P<0.05).
