摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省男男性行为人群(MSM)的梅毒感染状况和影响因素,为MSM的梅毒控制提供科学依据。方法采用横断面研究设计,通过面对面问卷调查了解MSM的性传播疾病知识知晓、危险行为及既往性病史等基本情况;采集血样,应用梅毒血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)进行初筛,对初筛阳性者采用梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TPPA)进行确认。结果 2011-2012年共调查2 806名不同职业的MSM,平均年龄为29.4岁;大专及以上受教育程度占28.6%;已婚者占17.7%;梅毒、艾滋病性传播疾病知识知晓程度较高;94.2%的调查对象有无保护性肛交行为。此次调查的梅毒患病率为14.2%;趋势卡方检验结果显示,梅毒感染的影响因素有年龄(46岁及以上:OR=3.65)、受教育程度(大专及以上:OR=0.15),且与被调查对象的婚姻状况和职业密切相关。结论黑龙江省MSM的梅毒患病率在国内居于中等水平,危险行为普遍存在,MSM已成为梅毒等性传播疾病防治的重点人群。Objective To assess the prevalence of syphilis infection and related factors among men who have sex with men （MSMs） in Heilongjiang Province and provide scientific evidence for syphilis control among MSM. Meth- ods A cross--sectional survey was conducted with face-to-face questionnaire interview among MSM in Hei- longjiang Province. The questionnaire mainly included sexually transmitted diseases knowledge, risk behavior, past history of sexual transmitted diseases, and so on. Both primary （RPR） and confirmatory （TPPA） test for syphilis were conducted with blood specimens. Result 2806 MSMs with diverse careers were enrolled from 2011 to 2012, the average age was 29.4±0.3 years, 17.7% of participants were married, 28.6% of participants owned college and higher education. The awareness rate of sexually transmitted diseases was relative high,94.2% of participants have had unprotected anal intercourse. The prevalence rate of syphilis was 14. 2%; the associated factors included age （greater or equal to 46 years old：OR=3.65）, education background （college and higher education：OR=0.15）, as well as marital status and profession. Conclusion The infection rates of syphilis among MSM in Heilongjiang was in the middle level domestically with widely distributed risk behaviors, MSM are key sub--population of syphi- lis and other sexually transmitted disease prevention and control.
