摘　　要：目的 探讨亲属肾移植手术的麻醉处理.方法 回顾性分析83组亲属肾移植手术（亲属活体供肾切除和肾移植）麻醉资料.结果 83组亲属肾移植均成功完成,供体肾切除手术时间（130.14±27.45） min,失血量（125.09±80.34） ml,麻醉过程较平稳.受体肾移植手术时间（134.46±29.05） min,失血量（124.47±159.41）ml,其中1例术中出血较多,输入浓缩红细胞4U.结论 通过麻醉医生和移植医生的充分合作沟通,麻醉前精心准备,选择合适的麻醉药物和麻醉方法,供体和受体可以安全平稳地渡过围手术期.Objective To analyze the anesthetic management of 83 pairs relative kidney transplantation.Methods The data of anesthetic management of 83 pairs relative kidney transplantation were retrospectively summarized.Results All transplantation were successfully processed,the mean time for living-donor nephrectomy was （130.14 ± 27.45） min,mean loss of blood was （125.09 ± 80.34） ml.The mean time for renal transplantation was （134.46 ± 29.05） min,means loss of blood was （124.47 ± 159.41）ml,one patient received 4 U red blood cell because of hemorrhoea.Conclusion It is still a relatively risk surgical procedure for relative kidney transplantation,sufficient collaboratory and communication between transplantation physicians and anesthesiologists,sophisticated preparation of anesthesia are essential for achieving a nice outcome.
