综合性三甲医院法定传染病疫情报告趋势分析

摘　　要：目的：对某综合性三甲医院2005年-2012年报告的法定传染病的流行病学特征进行分析和总结。方法运用横断面研究及描述性流行病学的方法，按疾病构成、病种顺序、分类、主要传播途径等进行研究分析，了解该院法定传染病的流行特征。采用Excel和SPSS 11.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析，描述各传染病的报告例数和构成比。结果某综合性三甲医院2005年-2012年报告传染病27种共17084例，其中甲类传染病1例，乙类传染病12365例，丙类传染病4716例；报告前10位的传染病依次是病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、手足口病、其它感染性腹泻、淋病、流行性腮腺炎、丙型肝炎、细菌性痢疾、麻疹，报告前10位法定传染病占上报总数的92.06%，而前5位占总报告数的80.53%。结论病毒性肝炎和肺结核是威胁本地区成年人健康的主要传染病，手足口病、其它感染性腹泻是威胁本地区儿童健康的主要传染病。Objective To analyze and summarize the trends and characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in a comprehensive 3Agrade hospital from 2005 to 2012. Methods Cross-sectional study and narration were employed to analysis the characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases according to its structure, sequence, classification and spread way as well as Excelland SPSS 11.0 to the statistics and narration by number and constituent ratios. Results A total of 17084 cases, 27 kinds infectious diseases were reported including 1 case of category A, 12365 of B and 4716 of C. The top ten reporting at the ratio 92.06% were viral hepatitis, syphilis, tuberculosis, hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea, gonorrhea, epidemic parotitis, hepatitis C, bacillary dysentery, measles, and the top five at ratio of 80.53%. Conclusion Viral hepatitis and tuberculosis were main diseases for adult but hand-foot-mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea for enfant.
