摘　　要：目的探索九环综合疗法治疗糖尿病足坏疽的疗效。方法将在本院住院的118例糖尿病足坏疽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用九环综合疗法治疗,对照组在西医基础治疗上加局部碘伏纱布外敷。结果两组总有效率分别为98.28%、63.33%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论采用九环综合疗法治疗糖尿病足坏疽效果显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of nine rings comprehensive therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene. Methods 118 cases of diabetic foot gangrene patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group with nine rings combined therapy, the control group in the basic treatment of Western medicine combined with local application of iodophor gauze. Results The total efficiency of two groups were 98.28%,63.33%, there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The nine rings comprehensive therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene has a remarkable effelt.
