摘　　要：目的比较海克隆、日水MEM培养基培养2BS细胞生长过程的细胞贴壁、细胞形态、分裂速度、单层数量等生长情况。方法分别按标准配制日水、海克隆两种MEM培养基,2BS细胞从复苏开始分别用两种培养基进行传代培养。比较细胞生长状况及形态。结果海克隆公司MEM和日水MEM在细胞生长各个方面均无差异,符合人胚肺二倍体细胞的生长需要。结论美国海克隆实验公司的MEM培养基完全支持2BS细胞的生长要求。Objective To compare the growth status of 2BS cells about morphology, growth rate, split single ,quantity in two kinds of MEM medium. Methods According to the standard program to preparation of Nissui and Hyclone MEM culture medium. We recovered 2BS cells of 27 generation ,and cultrued cells by two kinds of MEM medium. Results No observable difference in cell growth cultrued in Nissui and Hyclone MEM culture medium,the two kinds of MEM midium shall meet the requirements of growth of 2BS cell. Conclusion MEM medium from Hyclone can meet the requirements of growth of human embryo lung diploid cell.
