摘 要:针对船用增压锅炉燃油突降影响其安全运行的问题,建立船用增压锅炉涡轮增压机组的动态数学模型,利用Matlab软件的Simulink平台,仿真分析增压锅炉在稳态工况下,施加燃料突降扰动后涡轮增压机组转子转速、锅炉炉膛空气过余系数的动态响应特性。仿真结果表明,船用增压锅炉燃料突降会造成锅炉炉膛空气过余系数的上升,且大幅燃料突降会造成空气过余系数的大幅骤升,威胁增压锅炉的安全运行。For the question of the influence that abrupt fuel dropping of the marine supercharged boiler had on the safe operation, dynamic mathematical models of turbo-charger sets for marine supercharged boilers were created. Responding characteristics of the rotor speed and excess air ratio in the furnace cavity under the disturbances of abrupt fuel dropping in the steady condition were analyzed based on the Matlab- Simulink platform. The simulation results indicate that abrupt fuel dropping creates the elevation of the excess air ratio in the furnace cavity. And great fuel dropping creates great and sudden elevation of the excess air ratio, also threatens the safe operation of the boilers.
