摘 要:从可靠性分析入手,阐述设备可靠性与备件数量的辩证关系。结合舰船实际,采用可靠性、费用和体积3个因素,建立多约束下舰船远航备件储量决策模型,给出模型的求解步骤。最后举例展示了模型的操作过程和决策效果。该模型不但能够为备件数量的确定提供理论支撑,还可以用来对比已有的配置模式的优劣。该模型还可根据实际需要更改决策因素,建立符合不同情况的模型,具有很好的扩展性。Expounded the dialectical relationship between the reliability of equipments and the amount of spare parts by reliability analysis. According to for spare parts storage of sh reliability, cost and volume. ips Th ships' actual usages, we build a decisional model on sailing in multi-constrained restriction by using three elements, which are en give the steps of this model. In the end, it illustrates operation process of this model and results. It shows that this model not only can supply the theoretic support, but also can make comparison with existing rigging patterns. It also can establish different kinds of rigging patterns to adapt various conditions according to actual situations. Moreover, this model has sound expansibility .
