中暑患者几种热应激蛋白抗体滴度分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨热应激或热休克蛋白 (heatstressorheatshockproteins,HSPs)抗体在年轻中暑人群中的水平和作为中暑易感性生物标志物的可能性。方法　采用Westernblot ELISA法测定年轻中暑人群和对照组血浆中HSP6 0、HSP70、HSP90α和HSP90 β抗体滴度。 结果　年轻中暑组血浆HSP6 0、HSP70、HSP90α和HSP90 β抗体阳性率分别为 2 8.6 %、6 4.3%、5 4.7%、2 8.6 % ;而对照组分别为 13.3%、33 .3%、2 3 .3%、13.3% ,与对照组相比 ,HSP6 0、HSP90 β抗体阳性率呈增加趋势 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,HSP70、HSP90α抗体阳性率明显增加 ,且差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高滴度HSP70抗体 (1∶80 )仅在中暑组中出现。结论　HSP70、HSP90α抗体在中暑发生过程中起一定作用 ;高滴度HSP70抗体可作为中暑易感性的生物标志物。Objective To explore the titer of antibodies against main heat stress or heat shock proteins(HSPs) in young heat stroke population and the possibility of these antibodies as a biomarker of susceptibility to heat stroke. Methods Western blot ELISA was applied to detect the titer of antibodies against HSP60,HSP70,HSP90α and HSP90β in young heat stroke population and control groups. Results The positive rates of antibodies against HSP60,HSP70,HSP90α and HSP90β in young heat stroke population were 28.6%,64.3%,54.7% and 28.6% respectively,while in the control groups they were 13.3%,33.3%,23.3% and 13.3% respectively.Compared with control,the positive rates of antibodies to HSP60 and HSP90β had an increasing tendency( P > 0.05), and the rates of antibodies to HSP70 and HSP90α increased significantly( P <0.05).High titer of antibody against HSP70(1∶80) appeared only in heat stroke groups. Conclusion Antibodies to HSP70 and HSP90α played some certain role in the course of heat stoke happening and antibody against HSP70 may be used as a biomarker of susceptibility to heat stroke.
