摘 要:在当前的GSM双频网络中,为使1800MHz小区能合理吸收话务,往往设置1800MHz小区为优先占用,从而导致1800MHz小区在话务高峰时容易拥塞。为了缓解拥塞,又不得不使用更多的半速率或提高小区接入门限,结果造成话音质量变差、用户感知度下降,1800MHz小区的覆盖不连续。如何实现在话务高峰合理吸收话务的同时,在话务闲时保持覆盖连续,本文创新性地提出了设置主从小区和DCS1800覆盖范围动态调整的方法,为当前双频网络优化提供参考。In order to distribute the reasonable traffic to the 1800M Cell in the multiband network, the higher priority is generally seted to 1800M Cell thus it' s easy to be congested in the highly loaded 1800M cells. To alleviate network congestion, more and more half-rate TCH must be used or raise ACCMIN in the 1800M Cell. However, it will cause worse speech quality of GSM network, user perception of decline, and raising discontinuous coverage of 1B00M network etc. How to keep the 1800M network cover continuous in low traffic, meanwhile absorb telephone traffic reasonably in peak tragic ? On this dissertation, A creative solution is given by setting master-slave cell and dynamically adjusting DCS1800' s coverage, to give a reference for current multiband network optimization.
