肥厚型心肌病左心室形态与5项心电图标准间的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨肥厚型心肌病患者心室壁厚度(left ventricular wall thicknes,LVWT)、左心室容积指数(left ventricular volume index,LVVI)、左心室质量指数(left ventricular mass index,LVMI)与其诊断左心室肥厚常用5项心电图标准间的关系。方法对30例肥厚型心肌病患者LVWT、LVVI、LVMI与其诊断左心室肥厚常用5项心电图标准间的关系进行研究。结果多数心电图标准与LVWT、LVVI、LVMI呈正相关;多元逐步回归分析显示,SokolowLyon(SL)指数、Romhilt-Estes(RE)记分对LVWT(57.2%)、LVMI(59.2%)均有显著影响。结论 5项心电图标准中SL指数、RE记分为预报LVWT、LVMI的最佳参数。Objective To explore the relationships between left ventricular wall thickness （LVWT） , left ventricular volume index （LVVI） , left ventricular mass index （LVMI） of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy in five common electrocardiographic criteria. Methods The relationships between LVWT, LVVI, LVMI of 30 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and LVH were studied in comparison with the diagnosis of five common electrocardiographic criteria. Results Analysis showed that most of electrocardiogram standard and LVWT, LVVI, LVMI showed mild, moderate correlation, multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that Sokolow-lyon （SL） index and Romhih-Estes （RE） score were significant influences to LVWT （57.2%） , LVMI （59.2%）. Conclusion The SL index and RE score of five electrocardiographic criteria are the optimal parameters for the prediction of LVWT and LVMI.
