摘  要:目的探讨Graf法髋关节超声检查在新生儿发育性髋关节异常筛查中的作用。方法对976例新生儿行髋关节超声检查,通过观察髋关节形态结构及Graf法测量髋关节α角、β角判断髋关节发育情况,异常病例进行超声随访。结果 976例新生儿中,正常髋关节953例(97.64%),发育性髋关节异常发病率占2.36%。其中髋关节发育不良20例(2.05%),半脱位2例(0.205%),全脱位1例(0.105%)。结论在新生儿中进行超声筛查发育性髋关节异常,方法简单安全,是早期发现和诊断发育性髋关节异常的有效措施。Objective To discuss the value of ultrasound screening with Graf technique for developmental dislocation of the hip in neonates. Methods A total of 976 neonates were examined with the Graf technique of hip sonography. The developmental of hip joint was estimated by measuring the ultrasonography of infant hip α angle, β angle. The neonates with hip dysplasia were observed closely. Results There were 953 neonates with normal hip (97. 64% ), the incidence of developmental dislocation of the hip was 2.36% , among which included 20 neonates with hip dysplasia (2.05%) , 2 neonates with semi-dislocation of hip joint (0. 205% ), and 1 neonate with dislocation of hip joint (0. 105% ). Conclusion Ultrasonography is a convenient and non-invasive method for earlier detection and diagnosis examination in developmental dislocation of the hip in neonates.
