摘 要:以烤烟品种K326为试验材料,通过测定不同海拔下生长的K326烟叶δ13C值、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量、可溶性蛋白含量及比叶重等,探讨了烟叶δ13C值与生理指标的联系,以及δ13C值随叶位及海拔的分布状况。结果表明:各试验点烟叶δ13C值在-27.4‰~-23.4‰之间。T1、T2和T3烟叶δ13C值随叶位升高而增加,其上部叶和中部叶δ13C值均随海拔升高而增加。T4烟叶δ13C值偏低,并随叶位升高而降低。烟叶δ13C值与叶绿素含量、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值显著负相关(P<0.05)。烟叶δ13C值与类胡萝卜素含量、叶绿素a/b比值无明显相关关系。可溶性蛋白含量、比叶重与烟叶δ13C值均存在极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。以上结果反映出叶绿素含量、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值、烟叶比叶重、可溶性蛋白含量与δ13C值相关性较好,而烟叶δ13C值与叶位及海拔的关系尚不明确。In this paper, the flue-cured tobacco K326 was employed to study the abundance of carbon isotope composition, photosynthetic pigment content, soluble protein content and leaf mass per area (LMA) of tobacco leaf which were grown at four testing sites of different altitude (T1, T2, T3, T4 ). The correlations of carbon isotope composition with altitude, leaf position and physiological measures were understood as well. Results showed that δ^13C of those samples varied from-27.4%e to- 23.4%0. The δ^13C of samples from TI, T2and T3 were increased with rising of the leaf position. δ^13C of middle and upper leaves from TI , T2and T3 were positively correlated with altitude. However, δ^13C of samples from T4 ranging from -26. 8% to -26.4 %v was lower than the values from previous samples. The δ^13C also decreased with the increasing of leaf position, and was significantly negatively correlated with chlorophyll content and chlorophyll/earotinoid ratio (P 〈 0.05). The δ^13C was not significantly correlated with earotinoid content and chlorophyll a/b ratio. Meanwhile, it was positively' correlated with soluble protein content and LMA significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). Generally, our findings indicated that chlorophyll content, chlorophyll/carotenoid ratio, soluble protein content, and LMA had strong relationships with δ^13C, whereas the relationship of δ^13C with altitude and leaf position was still unclear.
