济宁市出生缺陷影响因素的病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的通过对济宁市出生缺陷影响因素的研究,为出生缺陷的防制提供理论依据。方法应用病例对照研究方法,对100例病例和100例对照进行调查,采用SPSS统计软件包进行单因素和多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果被动吸烟、接触宠物、孕期感冒与出生缺陷的发生呈现正关联,OR值(95%可信区间)分别为3.866(1.048～14.258)、8.571(1.317～31.752)、4.720(1.168～19.073);与同事关系和谐、文化程度高、每周运动大于等于三次则与出生缺陷的发生呈现负关联,OR值(95%可信区间)分别为0.184(0.137～0.450)、0.407(0.267～0.621)、0.572(0.327～0.895)。结论被动吸烟、接触宠物、孕期感冒是出生缺陷的危险因素,而与同事关系和谐、文化程度高、每周运动大于等于三次是出生缺陷的保护因素。Abstract：Objective To investigate the risk factors of the Birth Defects （B.D.） in Jining,so as to explore effective intervention strategy. Methods A ease-control study was conducted to investigate 100 eases and 100 controls. The data were analyzed by single-and multiple--factor non-conditional logistic regression. Results The multiple regression model results showed that the risk factors of BD were passive smoking [OR （95%CI）=3.866 （1.048-14.258）],pet contacting [OR （95%CI）=38.571 （1.317-31.752）] and caught a cold during pregnancy [OR （95%C1）=4.720 （1.168-19.073）]. But harmonious relationship among eoUeagnes, higher education level and physical exercise greater than or equal to three times a week were protective factors for BD,OR （95% CI） was （0.137-0.450）,0.407 （0.267-0.621）,0.572（0.327-0.895）, respectively. Conclusions The risk factors of BD were passive smoking,pet contacting and catch a cold during pregnancy. The protective factors of BD were harmonious relationship among eolleagnes,higher education level and physical exercise greater than or equal to three times a week.
