陕县2011～2012年布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析及防治对策

摘　　要：目的分析陕县2011～2012年布鲁氏菌病人间发病特征。方法对2011～2012年陕县主动监测和被动监测资料进行整理、分析及统计处理。结果 2年间报告83例新发病例,2012年与2011年相比发病上升109.54%;2012年高危职业人群RBPT检查阳性率高于2011年;3～10月份占发病人数的83.13%;40岁以上人群发病占95.18%,男女之比3.88:1;布鲁氏菌病患者发病诊断周期较长;传染源为病羊。结论布鲁氏菌病疫情在陕县呈现快速上升状态,存在本病暴发的可能性。Abstract：Objective To analyze the epideminlogieal characteristic of brucellosis in Shanxian county during the period from 2011 to 2012. Methods The data of brucellosis active and passive monitored in Shanxian county were epidemiological]y analyzed. Results In 2011-2012,83 new cases were reported. Compared to 2011,the infection in 2012 increased by 109.54% ,the rate of positive cases of RBPT in high risk population monitored was higher,83.13% of the patients detected during March to October and 95.18% of them were over 40 years old. The ratio of male to female was 3.88： 1. The diagnosis duration for brucellosis patients was longer and the sources of infection was sick sheep. Conclusions Brucellosis showed a rapid increase in Shanxian county and there is the possibility of brucellosis outbreak.
