海水浴治疗皮癣临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察海水浴对皮癣的治疗效果。方法　海水浴治疗组 30 0例 ,30min/次 ,每日2次 ,总时间最多为 1.5h ;对照组 (10 0例 )患处涂克霉唑或达克宁软膏 ,每日 2～ 3次。结果　两组平均治疗 38d ;海水浴治疗组总有效率 10 0 .0 % ,治愈 2 5 7例占 85 .7% ;对照组总有效率 6 8.0 % ,治愈13例占 13 .0 %。经卡方检验 ,两组差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　海水浴对皮癣有显著疗效。Objective To observe the effects of sea water bath for cutaneous tinea.Methods Of 400 cases of cutaneous tinea,300 cases were treated with sea water bath,which was 30～90 min/per time,twice a day for 38 days averagely(treatment group),100 cases were locally applied with the Ung.Kemeizuo and Dakening(control group).Results The cure rate and effective rate of treatment group and control group were (85.7% and 100.0%) Vs (13.0% and 68.0%) respectively, there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion It is confirmed that the sea water bath has obviously good effects for the cutaneous tinea.
