摘 要:目的 探讨在中频电治疗中导电橡胶电极加湿的重要性。方法 选择健康志愿者30名 ,分别测定左前臂伸侧在加湿和不加湿时皮肤阻抗的大小。结果 加湿组和对照组皮肤阻抗分别为 (4 .42± 1.0 8)kΩ和 (5 .6 2± 0 .6 8)kΩ ,t=2 .5 8,P <0 .0 1,差异有非常显著性。结论 在中频电治疗时导电橡胶电极与皮肤之间应加 4层 (0 .5mm)湿薄棉布 ,以降低皮肤阻抗 ,利于治疗。Objective To study the importance of the wetting electric conductive rubber electrode in medium frequency electrotherapy. Methods 30 healthy volunteers were chosen to test their skin resistance of the extension part of their forearms in the condition of using the wetting or unwetting electrodes. Results There was a significant difference of the skin resistance between the wetting group and the control group by t-test(P<0.01).Conclusion 4 layers of wetting cotton should be put between the electric conducting rubber electrode and the skin in medium frequency electrotherapy, which can decrease the skin resistance and be beneficial to the treatment.
