摘  要:经过活性炭吸附脱色处理后的1-磺酸基环己酸粗盐溶液中还含有有机胺杂质,为提高1-磺酸基环己酸的纯度和收率,利用络合萃取方法将该类杂质从粗盐溶液中进行脱除,考察了萃取剂和稀释剂的种类及比例、水相pH、萃取搅拌时间、油水比、蒸发结晶时溶液pH和最后浓缩体积对1-磺酸基环己酸精制工艺的影响。实验结果表明,在较佳条件下,采用络合萃取法能有效地脱除溶液中的有机胺杂质,1-磺酸基环己酸的收率和质量分数分别达到92.3%和99.6%。After adsorbed and decolorized by activated carbon, the sulfo-l-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid coarse salt solution still contains organic amine impurities. Complex extraction agent is used to remove the organic amine impurities remained in salt solution. The effects of the type and volume ratio of extraction agent and diluent, pH of aqueous phase and salt solution, extraction and mixing time, oil-water ratio and condensation volume during evaporative crystallization on the purification process of sulfo-l-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid are investigated. The experimental results show that under the optimum condition, removing organic amine impurities by complex extraction within salt solution is feasible and effective. The yield and the mass fractions of sulfo-l-eyclohexanecarboxylic acid are 92. 3% and 99. 6%, respectively.
