植物精油对馆藏文物害虫的毒力测定

摘　　要：采用密闭熏蒸方法 ,测定了多种植物精油对 4种馆藏文物害虫的熏杀活性 ,结果表明 :供试植物精油之间对同一害虫存在着较大差异 ,同一精油对不同供试害虫也存在着较大差异 ,而供试精油香叶油、甘松油、甜瓜油、广藿香油对4种供试害虫具有很高的熏杀毒力。植物精油是极有开发利用前景的植物性杀虫剂。Fumigation activity of some plant essential oils against four species of museum insect pests was investigated.Considerable differences were observed between different essential oils in their effects on the same pest and between different insect pests exposed to the same essential oil.Four of the essential oils studied,geranium oil,spikenard oil,melon oil and patchouli oil,were found to have high fumigation pesticdal activity to all the 4 pests.It is assumed that plant essential oils have a promising prospect for development as potential botanical pesticides.
