摘　　要：本文分析了单元串联多电平高压变频器的直流制动原理,提出了实现直流制动时应考虑的两个主要因素及步进式升压方式这一创新技术;通过理论及实验得出步进式升压方式较直接电压方式,能够有效减小制动时的冲击电流,不会对变频器和电机产生影响。DC brake principle of the cascaded multilevel high-voltage inverter is analyzed, two primary factors of realizing DC brake technology and the innovative method of stepwise rise voltage are proposed. By theoretical and experimental results, the method of stepwise rise voltage comparison with the one of the direct voltage can reduce the surge current of DC brake and make no impression on the inverter and the motor.
