摘　　要：对采于云南不同地区的 3份野生鸭茅种质进行了核型分析。结果表明 :3份材料均为二倍体 ( 2 n=2 x=14)。其中采于德钦县的为 2 B型 ,采于曲靖朗目山、中甸白水台的 2份材料为2 A型。Three Dactylis glomerata accessions, which collected from different sites in Yunnan province, were karyotyped. The results showed that all accessions are diploid (2n=2x=14). But the karyotype of the accession collected from Deqin county, which altitude is 3 300 m above sea level, belongs to 2B nuclear type. And the other two accessions collected from Langmu mountain and Zhongdian county, which altitude is about 2 300 m above sea level, belong to 2A nuclear type.
