摘 要:选用遗传差异较大的加强型甜玉米自交系 6份做杂交亲本 ,按Griffing方法Ⅰ遗传交配设计配制组合 ,并对部分杂交组合做自交和回交试验 ,研究甜玉米含糖量性状的遗传。结果表明 :含糖量性状的遗传属于数量性状遗传 ,符合加性—显性遗传模型 ,加性效应对甜玉米含糖量性状的表现起主要作用 ;含糖量性状的遗传力较高 ,早代选择是有效的 ;在选配高含糖量的杂交组合时 ,双亲的含糖量必须都高 ,至少用做杂交组合的双亲之一应是高含糖量的 ,但应注意随着杂交组合含糖量的增加 。Six inbred lines of sweet corn with great genetic diversity were used as parents to make complete diallel crossing using Griffing method Ⅰ. Some combinations were backcrossed and selfcrossed. The results indicated that the sugar content of sweet corn was a quantitative character which inherited as an additive dominant fashion with the additive effect as the main effect. The heritability of sugar content character was high and the selection from early generations was effective. Both parents, at least one of them, should be high in sugar content when chosen for crossing. However, green ear production per plant decreased with the increase of sugar content.
