摘　　要：介绍了利用动物胚胎干细胞生产转基因动物的程序和方法 。s: The procedure and methods to produce transgenic animal by embryonic stem cell were introduced. The important significance of transgenic animal production by embryonic stem cell was also explained in this paper.
