摘　　要：目的了解育龄妇女对中西医优生认知的现况，为弘扬传统中医在优生中的作用提供方法和依据。方法于2012年8～10月采取方便抽样的方式在北京妇产医院、北京中日友好医院、北京国医堂门诊对18～55岁北京户籍育龄妇女进行问卷调查。结果①近50％的被调查育龄妇女对中医喜爱或者非常喜爱，而只有不到30％的人对西医喜爱或者非常喜爱；②只有12．3％的人对中医优生方法了解或非常了解，有17．9％的人对中医优生方法副作用了解清楚，知晓率前5位优生方式中只有2种为中医优生方式；（要）44．7％的人愿意选择中西医结合促优生方式，有23．0％的人愿意选择中医促优生方式，有17．2％的人愿意选择西医促优生方式。结论①被调查育龄妇女对中医的喜爱程度高于西医；②被调查育龄妇女对中医的认知程度低于西医；③建议加大对中医优生的宣传。Objective To find out the cognitive status on Chinese and Western medicine of childbearing age women, so as to provide information and evidence for promoting Chinese medicine in eugenics. Methods From August to October 2012, the study investigated local female residents of childbearing age 18-55 years old in the Beijing Maternity Hospital, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing Guo Yi Tang Clinic by convenience sampling. Results ①50% of the women investigated expressed their preference to Chinese medicine, but only less than 30% of the women prefered to the Western medicine; ②only 12.3% of the informant knew or well knew of measures of eugenics on Chinese medicine, 17.9% of them knew or well knew the side-effect, there were only 2 eugenics measures of Chinese medicine from the top 5 cognition rate of eugenics measures; ③there accounted for 44.7% of the informant preferring to eugenic measures combining Chinese and Western medicine, and only 17.2% of them preferring to eugenic measures of Western medicine. Conclusion①The women informants prefer eugenic measures of Chinese medicine to Western medicine;②the informants have a lower cognition on eugenic measures of Chinese medicine than Western medicine; ③the government should strengthen the propaganda on Chinese medicine.
