摘 要:目的分析非糖尿病专科护士对糖尿病健康教育的认知情况及对糖尿病健康教育内容的掌握情况。方法2012年8月~2013年4月便利抽样调查研究4所三级综合性医院的180名非糖尿病专科护士,利用问卷对非糖尿病专科护士对糖尿病健康教育内容的掌握情况、影响开展糖尿病健康教育的相关因素认知及开展糖尿病健康教育所需的支持因素认知等相关内容进行调查。结果不同工作年限、不同职称、不同学历的护理人员健康教育相关知识的得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在相关因素的调查中,认为有必要开展糖尿病健康教育的得分最高[(3.48±0.73)分],影响健康教育的主要因素是理念陈旧的得分最低[(1.99±1.09)分]。非糖尿病专科护士对开展糖尿病健康教育中的胰岛素治疗、低血糖、并发症相关知识、口服降糖药等方面掌握程度较高,而在运动、饮食疗法、足部护理、心理方面掌握差。结论非糖尿病专科护士基本能够明确开展糖尿病健康教育的必要性及重要意义。在糖尿病健康教育的实际工作中应积极发挥资历深、工作经验丰富的护士优势,在糖尿病健康教育内容的掌握需要全面提高。Objective To investigate and analyze the cognitive status of the knowledge about diabetes health education of non-diabetic specialist nurses, and the relative influenced factors. Methods During August 2012 to April 2013, 180 non-diabetic specialist nurses in 4 general hospitals of level 3 were selected by convenience sample survey, the questionnaires were used to investigate the basic knowledge about diabetes health education of non-diabetic specialist nurses, the influencing factors and the required support cognitive factors of carrying out diabetes health education. Results The differences of relative knowledge score in different years of working, different titles and different academic of the non-diabetic specialist were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In the investigation of relevant factors, the highest score was the necessity of carrying out diabetes health education [(3.48±0.73) points], the lowest score was the obsolete concept [(1.99±1.09) points]. Higher mastery degree of insulin therapy, hypoglycemia, the knowledge of complications and oral hypoglycemic agents were found in non-diabetes specialist nurses; the poor mastery degree of exercise, diet therapy, foot care, psychological aspect were found in diabetes health education. Conclusion The non-diabetic specialist nurses can basically understand the necessary and important of carrying out diabetes health education. In the practical work, the senior experienced nurse should play their advantage to get all-round improvement of diabetes health education.
