柳叶蜡梅茎叶水提物的“消导止泻”研究

摘　　要：目的:研究柳叶蜡梅茎叶水提物"消导止泻"的科学内涵。方法:将ICR小鼠随机分为5组,分别为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和柳叶腊梅0.5,2,4 g·kg^(-1)剂量组,每组12只,以枸橼酸莫沙必利为阳性对照测定血清胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)含量,并计算胃内色素相对残留率;以克痢痧为阳性对照,末次给药1 h后灌胃蓖麻油,记录1,2,3,4,5 h内的累积腹泻次数和大便形态;末次给药1 h后灌胃番泻叶水提物,记录1,2,3,4,5 h内的累积腹泻次数和大便形态。结果:柳叶腊梅3个剂量组小鼠胃内色素相对残留率均降低(P<0.05)、血清GAS水平均显著升高(P<0.01),其中柳叶腊梅0.5 g·kg^(-1)组小鼠血清MTL含量显著升高(P<0.01);柳叶腊梅3个剂量能不同程度地降低蓖麻油腹泻小鼠3,4,5 h内的累积腹泻次数及1,2,3 h的大便形态(P<0.05或P<0.01);柳叶腊梅2,4 g·kg^(-1)剂量能显著改善番泻叶致泻3,4,5 h内的累积腹泻次数及3 h小鼠的大便形态(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:柳叶蜡梅茎叶水提物可以显著提高正常小鼠胃排空和血清GAS含量,具有一定的促消化作用,且能降低蓖麻油和番泻叶致泻小鼠的腹泻次数,改善大便形态,具有一定的止泻作用。Objective： To study the scientific connotation of ＂Help digestion and anti-diarrhea＂-a Chinese herb tea in folk. Methods： Experiment 1, 60 ICR rats were divided into 5 groups at random： negative control group, positive control group, Chimonanthus salicifolius 0. 5g·kg^-1, 2g·kg^-1, 4g·kg^-1 dose group, test the blood serum content of motilin （MTL） and gastrin （GAS） ; washing the contents of the stomach in deionized water and measuring the absorbance to calculate the relative residual rate of intragastric pigment. Experiment 2, grouping method is same as above, except the positive control group was given Kelisha Jiaonang. Lavage them with sesame oil 1 h after the last ad-ministration, then record the cumulative frequency of diarrhea and stool patterns in 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 5 h; Ex-periment 3, method is same with experiment 2, except lavage them with senna leaf extract 1 h after the last adminis-tration. Results： Compared with the negative control group, Chimonanthus salicifolius group can decrease the relative residual rate of intragastrie pigment （P 〈 0. 05 ） and increase the blood serum content of GAS （P 〈 0. 01 ）, especial-ly Chimonanthus salicifolius 0. 5 g·kg^-1 dose group, can increase the blood serum content of MTL （P 〈0. 01 ）, Chi-monanthus salicifolius can decrease the cumulative frequency of diarrhea in different degrees which induced by castor oil or senna leaf extract in 2 h, 3 h, 4 h, 5 h （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, Chimonanthus salicifolius 2 g·kg^-1, 4 g·kg^-1 dose group can significantly improve the stool patterns at 1 h, 2 h, 3 h which induced by castor oil and at 3h which induced by senna leaf extract （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Chimonanthus salicifolius water extracts can significantly improve gastric emptying of the normal mice and the blood serum content of GAS, has a certain role in promoting digestion, and can reduce the diarrhea induced by castor oil or senna leaf extract in mice and improve stool form, has antidiarrhe
