摘  要:目的:优化茜草中总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:以硝酸铝显色法测定总黄酮提取率,通过单因素试验探讨了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间等因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并采用正交试验确定了最佳提取条件。结果:茜草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,料液比1:30,提取时间50 min,此条件下总黄酮的提取率为2.730%。结论:与传统提取方法相比,该工艺提取效率高、提取时间短,操作简单且结果稳定。Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids in Rubiae Radix et Rhi-zoma. Methods: The effect factors to extraction rate including ethanol concentration, ratio of solid to liquid, extrac-tion time, which measured by coloration method with aluminum nitrate, were investigated by single factor test, and the optimal conditions of extraction were obtained by orthogonal test. Results: The extraction rate of total flavonoids in Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma was 2. 730% under the optimal extracting conditions : ethanol 60%, ratio of material to liq-uid 1 : 30 and extraction time 50 min. Conclusion : Compared with traditional way, the optimized ultrasonic extraction process is efficient, rapid, simple, and stable.
