益气养阴活血汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴活血汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法将南阳医学高等专科学校第二附属医院2011年3月～2012年8月收治的气阴两虚型糖尿病。肾病患者68例按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组各34例。对照组给予西医常规治疗，研究组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用益气养阴活血汤f自拟方），每日1剂。1个月为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效、中医症状积分及实验室指标。结果研究组的总有效率为91．18％，对照组为79．41％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后中医症状积分均较治疗前下降，且研究组下降更显著（P〈0．05）；两组治疗后24h尿微量白蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、肌酐、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油均较治疗前显著下降，且研究组下降更明显（P〈0．05）。结论益气养阴活血汤治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病临床疗效好，值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with type of dual deficiency of qi and yin. Methods 68 patients with diabetic nephropathy with type of dual deficiency of qi and yin admitted to the Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanyang Medical College from March 2011 to August 2012 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method and there were 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine;the study ~roup was added with replenishing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood decoction （self-made） based on the conventional western medicine treatment,an agent a day,one month was as a course to treat for 2 courses.The clinical effect,symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine,laboratory indicators of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.18% and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.41% and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group de- creased more significantly than the control group （P〈0.0$）.After treatment,UAER,BUN,SCr, FBG, HbAlc,TC,TG in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the study group decreased more significantly than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Replenishing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with type of dual deficiency of qi and yin has a good clinical curative effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
