舒适护理在肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法将96例行肝动脉化疗栓塞术的原发性肝癌患者随机分为两组,对照组50例,给予常规护理,观察组46例,在常规护理的基础上同时给予舒适护理。调查两组患者对护理工作的满意度,并记录住院时间。结果观察组患者的满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且平均住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效提高原发性肝癌患者的舒适度和护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing of transhepatic arterial chemotherapy and embolization （TACE） in treatment of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods 96 primary liver cancer patients treated with TACE were randomly divided into control group（50 cases） and observation group（46 cases）.Routine nurs- ing was taken in the control group,and comfortable nursing was taken in the experimental group additionally.Patients＇ satisfaction of the nursing service was investigated,and the days of hospitalization were recorded. Results The patients＇ satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,and the days of hospitaliza- tion in observation group were shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively improve patient＇s comfort level and satisfaction,and is worthy of popularization and application.
