摘　　要：总结本院医院制剂灭菌方法的现状、各种方法灭菌时的注意事项及存在问题,通过查阅文献、总结资料、查看医院灭菌器械使用说明等,发现本院现用的灭菌方法虽能保证医院制剂微生物符合国家法定质量标准,但都存在一定的问题,因此,急需找出适合本院的新的灭菌方法。In this paper the author summarizes the current situation of sterilization methods of hospital preparation in our hospital,the precautions and existing problems of implementing various sterilization methods by literature reviewing, summarizing data and checkes the instructions of hospital sterilization equipments.It is found that the current steriliza- tion methods in our hospital had some problems,although they could ensure the microbe of hospital preparations meeting the national statutory quality standards.It is urgent to investigate the new sterilization methods suitable for our hospital.
