摘　　要：目的探讨运用锁定钢板内固定治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法2009年7月-2012年8月本院采用锁骨解剖钢板治疗53例锁骨中段粉碎性骨折，分析其临床疗效。结果全部患者获得随访，随访时间12-24个月．平均18个月，6～8个月骨折临床愈合，优46例，良6例，优良率达98％。无感染、骨折延迟愈合、不愈合及内固定物松脱折断。结论锁骨解剖锁定板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折，固定确切牢靠，可行早期功能锻炼，有利于肩关节功能的早期恢复，并发症少，肩关节功能恢复满意，是一种理想的固定方式。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of locking plates for internal fixation in the treatment of clavicular comminuted fractures. Methods 53 patients with middle clavicular comminuted fractures were treated by anatomic plates from July 2009 to August 2012 in our hospital,the clinical curative effect were analyzed. Results After treatment,all patients were followed up.The followed-up visits lasted 12 to 24 months on average of 18 months. Fractures were clinically healed ranging from 6 to 8 months.The number of excellence and good was 46 cases and 6 cases respectively,accounting for 98% in excellent and good rate.There was no infection,bone delayed union,nonunion, or internal fixation loose or broken. Conclusion The anatomic locking plate for internal fixation in the treatment of middle clavicular comminuted fracture can fix so exactly and firmly and is helpful for early-stage functional training.It is beneficial for early functional recovery of should joint, has few complications, and gets a favorable recovery of functions of shoulder joint,which is an optimum choice for fixation.
