摘  要:【目的】建立同时测定香蕉中噻嗪酮和吡虫啉残留的气相色谱分析方法。【方法】香蕉样品采用乙腈提取,经过FlorisilSPE净化,气相色谱仪检测。【结果】样品在不同水平的添加回收试验中,方法的平均回收率为87.5%-100.1%,相对标准偏差为0.84%-2.31%,噻嗪酮和吡虫啉的最低检测质量分数分别为0.01、0.02mg/kg。【结论】该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求。[Aims] A new method was developed for residual analysis of buprofezin and imidacloprid in banana by gas chromatography (GC). [Methods] The banana samples were extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned through Florisil SPE column, and detected by gas chromatograph. [Results] The average recovery was 87.5-100.1% at different spiked levels, the relative standard deviation was 0.84-2.31%, the minimum detectable concentration of buprofezin and imidacloprid were 0.01 and 0.02 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method meet with the requirements of the pesticide residue analysis.
