摘  要:[目的]以小菜蛾为试虫,研究伏毛铁棒锤生物碱和高效氯氟氰菊酯的室内联合毒力。[方法]采用Bliss法、三坐标法和Sun法对联合毒力效果进行评价,优选最佳的复配比例。[结果]伏毛铁棒锤生物碱和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配后有增效作用,最佳配比为4∶1,在该配比下,共毒系数为173.28。[结论]复配剂对小菜蛾的LC50值为1.10×103mg/L,与2种单剂(伏毛铁棒锤生物碱LC50值5.64×103mg/L,高效氯氟氰菊酯LC50值13.35×103mg/L)相比,活性明显提高。[Aims] The toxicities of mixture of total alkaloids from Acontium flavum Hand.-Mazz. and lambda-cyhalothrin against Plutella xylostella L. were studied. [Methods] The effect of co-toxicity was evaluated by the methods of Bliss, three coordinates and Sun, respectively. Furthermore, the best ratio of the two alkaloids was optimized. [Results] The results showed that the mixtures of total alkaloid from A. flavum and lambda-cyhalothrin had obvious synergism, and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was 173.28 under the proportion of 4 : 1. [Conclusions] The insecticidal activity of the mixture was tested against P. xylostella, compared with the signal medicament of alkaloid from A. flavum with the LC50 of 5.64 × 10^3 mg/L and lambda-cyhalothrin of 13.35 × 10^3 mg/L, the mixture exhibited more toxicity to P. xylostella with the LC50 of 1.10× 10^3 mg/L.
