摘 要:[目的]测定山东省小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)对多菌灵的敏感性水平,为生产中合理用药提供参考。[方法]以2.0 mg/L多菌灵为鉴别剂量,在PDA平板上测定90个菌株的敏感性。用菌落直径法测定菌株的EC50值并计算抗性倍数;用孢子萌发法测定10 mg/L多菌灵对芽管伸长的抑制情况。[结果]90个小麦赤霉菌株的EC50平均值为(0.5269±0.0093)mg/L,没有抗性菌株存在;10 mg/L多菌灵对芽管伸长有明显抑制作用并导致芽管畸形。[结论]山东省小麦赤霉病菌均为多菌灵的敏感菌株,多菌灵可用于防治小麦赤霉病。[Aims] The study aims to determine sensitivity to carbendazim (MBC) in Fusarium graminearum, and to provide reference for agricultural production in Shandong province. [Methods] A total of 90 isolates of E graminearura were collected from 15 districts in Shandong province to determine the sensitivity to MBC with 2.0 mg/L as the distinctive concentration. The values for 50% effective concentration (EC,0) were identified by measuring mycelial growth in fungicide- amended PDA media and the resistance ratio was counted. The inhibitory effect of 10 mg/L MBC on E graminearum isolates was also investigated by spore germination assay. [Results] These results showed that the mean EC^0 value of 90 isolates was (0.526 9~0.009 3) mg/L, there was no MBC-resistant isolate in Shandong province. Spore germination assay showed that 10 mg/L of MBC significantly affect the elongation of germ tube and resulted in abnormal growth. [Conclusions] All isolates ofE gram/nearum were sensitive to MBC, and MBC could be used in Shandong province.
