摘 要:[目的]建立评价哈茨木霉菌与化学农药联合增效作用的方法。[方法]采用对峙法测定哈茨木霉菌与5种杀菌剂联合对番茄灰霉病菌及哈茨木霉菌菌落的影响,用协同系数法、Gowing法、Abbott法分别评价菌药联合的增效作用。[结果]菌药联合后番茄灰霉病菌的菌落明显减小,不同方法对菌药联合后拮抗、相加、增效作用的评价结果不同。[结论]协同系数法评价菌药联合的增效作用最显著,符合实际且系统,适用于菌药联合对灰霉病菌的增效作用评价。[Aims] This study aims to establish a method to evaluate the synergism of Trichoderma harzianum combined with fungicide. [Methods] The effect from T. harzianum combining with five fungicides on colonies of T. harzianum and Botrytis cinerea was determined with confrontation method. The synergism of T. harzianum combined with fungicide was evaluated by synergism coefficient method, Gowing method and Abbott, respectively. [Results] The colony radius significantly reduced, the evaluated results of antagonism, additive, synergism of T. harzianum combined with five fungicides are different from method to method. [Conclusions] The synergism of T. harzianum combined with fungicide was most significant by using synergism coefficient method, this method is practical and systematic, which is suitable for synergism evaluation of T. harzianum combined with fungicide against B. cinerea.
