摘  要:研究发现氨苄西林能与过氧化氢反应产生化学发光,表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵能增敏此发光。化学发光动力学表明,其发光过程为一个200s周期的缓慢发光和一个数小时的慢发光过程。通过分析荧光光谱,紫外光谱,化学发光光谱以及其他试验结果,发现过氧化氢与氨苄西林的作用是慢反应,表面活性剂能增强发光强度,不能催化反应。无表面活性剂存在时,Fe(II)离子能催化加快氨苄西林与过氧化氢的化学发光反应速率。基于此建立了氨苄西林一过氧化氢一CTAB的化学发光分析方法。在优化的条件下,第一化学发光峰强度与氨苄西林质量浓度在1×10~~2.5×10^-4g/mL范围内呈线性。对5.0×10^-6g/mL的氨苄西林平行测定7次,相对标准偏差为2.3%,检出限为4×10^-7g/mL。It was founded that ampicillin could react with hydrogen peroxide generating chemiluminescence (CL), surfactant cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide can enhance the CL intensity. The kinetics of CL showed that the CL process was a 200 s tardily process and a slow process which could maintain a number of hours. Through the fluorescence spectra, UV spectra, chemiluminescence spectrum and other test results, it was found that the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and ampicillin was slow reaction, surfactant just could enhance the luminescence intensity, could not catalyze the reaction. In absence of surfactant, Fe (II) ions can accelerate and catalyze the reaction of ampicillin and hydrogen peroxide. Based on this, a new CL method to detect ampicillin was developed. Under the optimized conditions, the first CL peak intensity was linearly with the concentration of ampicillin in the range from 1.0 ×10^-6 g/mE to 2. 5 ×10^-4 g,/mL with the relative standard deviations within 2.3% (n = 7), and the detection limit was 4 ×10^-7g/mL.
