摘 要:建立了流动分析仪同时测定水样中的氮磷指标(包括:铵态氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮、总氮、磷酸盐、总磷)的方法。通过将一台进样器与两台流动分析仪进行整合和使用混合标准溶液配制标准曲线的改进,既使得分析所需样品量减少,又保证所有项目同时测定。测定环境标准样品均在保证值以内,对实际样品进行5个水平组的加标实验,加标回收率在96.3%~107.6%之间,相对标准偏差在0.54%~2.9%之间。方法可以广泛应用在环境监测领域中,大量快速分析水样中的氮磷指标,尤其适用于体积量少的水样分析。A continuous flow analyzer method was developed for the simultaneous determination of nitrogen and phosphorus in water samples, including ammonium nitrogen, nitrite, nitrate, total nitrogen, phosphate and total phosphorus. By integrating of a large auto sampler and two continuous flow analyzers and using mixed standard solutions for determination, the required amount of samples were reduced, and the simultaneous determination of the six indicators was also ensured. Measurement results of environmental reference materials were consistent with their certified values and uncertainty. Recoveries and relative standard deviations at five levels for spiked actual samples were 96. 3% - 107.6% and 0. 54% - 2. 9% , respectively. This method could be widely applied to the rapid analysis of nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in large amounts of water samples in the field of environmental monitoring, especially for small volume of water sample.
