摘　　要：系统保留盆腔自主神经广泛性子宫切除术(SNSRH)可改善广泛性子宫切除术术后的盆腔器官功能障碍,但由于手术难度大,辨认神经困难,存在一定的失败率和临床无效率。文章通过文献复习同时结合笔者的经验,总结术中和术后判断神经成功保留的方式,为临床起到一定的指导作用。Pelvic autonomic nervous system retains radical hysterectomy （SNSRH） radical hysterectomy may improve postoperative pelvic organ dysfunction, The surgery is difficult due to difficult to identify nerve, there is a certain failure rate and clinical efficiency. In this paper, through the literature review combined with our own experience, intraoperative and postoperative summary judgment seeking to keep nerve successful way to provide specific guidance for clinical significance.
