摘 要:为控制武汉钢铁股份有限公司条材总厂CSP分厂纵裂漏钢事故和降低板坯表面纵裂、结疤等缺陷改判率,结合现场生产实践,对CSP漏斗形结晶器锥度进行了优化研究,考虑到结晶器铜板特殊的漏斗形结构和窄面在使用过程中的磨损,将锥度在外方设计的基础上进行优化。优化后的锥度设定量比外方提供的数值增加了15%~25%。应用新锥度设计后降低了纵裂漏钢率,有效控制了板坯表面纵裂、结疤缺陷改判率,改善了钢卷质量。To control longitudinal crack breakout and reduce defects occurred such as surface longitudinal crack of slab, and scarring in CSP Plant of WISCO, combined scene production practice, the CSP special funnel shaped mould taper was optimized and stud- ied. Considering mould copper special of funnel shaped structure and narrow surface wear and tear in using process, the taper on the basis of the foreign design was opti- mized. After optimization, the taper setting volume which compared to foreign provides increased by 15 ^-25 %. After the new taper design put into action, the rate of longi- tudinal cracks breakout reduced to a lower level, and the appear rate of defects on slab surface such as longitudinal crack, scar, and so on are effectively controlled, and the quality of steel coils is improved.
