摘  要:为进一步研究电弧炉底吹工艺对炼钢过程的影响,对电弧炉底吹工艺进行物理模拟及搅拌机理研究,以西宁特殊钢股份有限公司65 t电弧炉为基础展开相关试验,结果表明:在符合合理底吹气量的条件下,底吹砖寿命达到623炉,实现炉壳寿命与底吹砖寿命同步,底吹动力学条件较好,更有利于反应达到平衡,钢铁料消耗降低了5.836 kg/t,石灰消耗降低了10.827 kg/t,脱碳速率增加0.011%,电弧炉采用底吹工艺取得良好的冶金效果。In order to explore the metallurgical interference of bottom blowing process in EAF,the physical simulation and stirring mechanism of bottom blowing process was studied, some industrial experiments have been conducted based on the 65 t EAF at Xining special iron and steel company. The results showed that the service life of porous plug brick reaches 623 times on the condition of keeping reasonable bottom blowing gas flow,so the porous plug brick and furnace shell can get the synchronization service life, the dynamics conditions of bottom blowing process is better, it is easier for the reaction to get balance, the consumption of steel materials reduced by 5. 836 kg/t and the con- sumption of lime reduced by 10. 827 kg/t, decarburization rate increased by 0. 011%, so the bottom blowing process in EAF obtains a good metallurgical effect.
