摘　　要：对西宁奶牛场３２７头中国荷斯坦泌乳奶牛的乳汁进行乳脂率测定。结果：乳脂率平均值为３．４９％，变动范围１．２％～６．８％；乳脂率在２．７％以下的牛３１头，占全群牛的９．５％，２．８％～３．２％的牛６７头，占２０．５％，３．３％～３．９％的牛１６３头，占４９．８％，４％以上的牛６６头，占２０．２％；不同胎次、产奶量及不同泌乳期乳脂率有一定的变化。The milk fat percentage of 327 Chinese-Holstein dairy cows on the Xining Dairy Farm was determined. The results showed that the average value of their milk fat percentage was 3. 49% (in the range of 1. 2% - 6. 8% ). Among them the milk fat percentage of 31 cows was below 2.7% (accountered for 9 .5% of the herd), of 67 cows ranging in 2. 8% - 3. 2% (20.5% of the herd),of 163 cows in the range of 3 .3% - 3 .9% (49 .8% of the herd),and of 66 cows above 4% (20.2% of the herd) respectively. Their milk fat percentage varied certainly with different calving number, milk yield and lactation period.
