摘 要:房地产行业人才需求稳中有升的背景下,高职院校房地产专业学生呈现就业相关度不高、发展空间受到限制、就业单位多集中在中小民营企业的特点。房地产专业人才培养应紧随着地产行业的发展,开发新课程;引导学生转变就业定位,培养创业意识;建立优质校外基地;重视房地产专业与其他相关专业的交叉和发展、提高学生可塑性和就业质量。There has been a steady increase in real estate industrial talent demand, and in this background, real estate students' employment in vocational colleges features low relatedness to specialty, limited development space and their employment units' concentrating on small and medium private enterprises. The real estate specialty should develop new curriculums in accordance with the real estate development, guide students' transformation of employment orientation, and cultivate their entrepreneurial awareness; quality extramural bases should be set; the real estate specialty's intersection with other relevant specialties and its development should be stressed; students' mould ability and their employment quality should be improved.
