贵州剑河白香猪Ⅱ系选育初报

摘　　要：贵州剑河白香猪是原始的小型猪种 ,毛色基本属于两头乌 (称贵州剑河白香猪Ⅰ系 )。为探索其毛色表型猪的种质 ,利用耳部有白色基因表型的这种香猪同质选配 ,产出黑白花耳香猪 ,再用花耳的香猪经 3个世代同质选配 ,产生全白毛的香猪 (称贵州剑河白香猪Ⅱ系 )。经各世代后裔测定 ,Ⅱ系白香猪的体尺、体重与Ⅰ系相近 ;2月龄体重 5～ 7kg ,体高 2 5～ 30cm ;6月龄体重 2 5kg左右 ,体高 36～ 4 2cm。具有矮、短、小、丰圆、肥腴的香猪特点 ,其它生产性状与Ⅰ系完全相同 ,是作实验动物的最佳原始猪种。The White Xiang pig of Jianhe is preliminary small type pig breed.Its coat color at both ends is black(called it as the line I of Jianhe White Xiang pig).The White Xiang pigs with white genotype of ear were used for multiple generation mating like to like to produce fully white coat color Xiang pigs (named the line Ⅱ of Jianhe White Xiang pig).The descendant was determined in every generation. The latter's body size and weight were close to those of the line Ⅰ. The body weight of 2 months old pigs were 5-7 kg and height were 25-30 cm,and the body weight of 6 months old were about 25 kg and height were 36-42 cm.Their characters are low, short, small and fat.Its other traits were completely same as the line I,only its skin and hair were white. It could be an excellent animal for experiment.
