摘　　要：描述麻楝蛀斑螟蛹和成虫性别的鉴定方法。雌蛹腹部末端分节不明显,第8腹节腹面有一纵裂,两侧平坦,无瘤状突起;雄蛹腹部末端分节较明显,第8腹节无裂缝,第9腹节中央有一纵裂,两侧各有一半圆形瘤状突起。雌性成虫腹部末端粗壮,呈圆筒状;雄性成虫腹部末端瘦小,呈短钳状。A method for identifying the sex of Hypsipyla robusta pupae and adults was described. A su- ture existed in the 8th abdominal segment and the suture＇s two sides were smooth in female pupa while in the male pupa, a lump on each side of the suture formed by genital pore on the 9th abdominal seg- ment was visible. The female adult＇s abdominal end appeared round in shape ;the male adults had a for- cipate abdominal end,
