摘　　要：介绍了在机械运动参数测定综合实验系统中,在曲柄滑块机构的曲柄上安装了光电编码器,滑块上安装了位移传感器和加速度传感器,利用计算机中的数据采集卡对运动参数进行采集,上位机采用基于LabVIEW的虚拟实验系统对实验数据进行采集、处理与显示,利用Adams建立的运动平台机构仿真模型,对机构相应的运动曲线进行了仿真模拟,学生可以进行理论运动线图与实测运动线图的比较,从而进一步加深对机构运动特性的了解与认识。This paper introduces the design of a synthesis experimental system of the mechanical motion parameters. For the crank-slide mechanism, the photoelectric encoders are installed in crank, and the displacement sensors and photoelectric sensors are installed in slider. The mechanical motion parameters are collected by the data acquisition card. The experimental data is collected, processed and displayed by the upper computer based on the visual experimental system by using LabVIEW. The simulation model of motion platform mechanism is set up by Adams, which can simulate the relevant motion curve of the mechanism. The students can make a comparison between the theoretical motion curve and the measured motion curve so as to deepen the understanding and cognition of the kinematical characteristics of this mechanism.
